The phone is good quality and I received it within the time promised. Unfortunately, the phone and lead arrived and the plug which I had paid for didn’t. There was no indication that this was out of stock at point of ordering or indeed when the package was received no acknowledgement that the his was missing.
I have had to email to ask for it’s whereabouts to be advised it’s not in stock. I’ve asked for a refund.
