Absolutely brilliant service. I purchased a second hand iPad and quickly realised as I was setting it up the latest software updates on this iPad didn't support an app I wanted to download for my son. Quick Mobile Fix allowed me to exchange it for a different model and the process was quick and smooth. Really happy with the service and will happily recommend!
