I would rate it 4,5.
Excellent quality of phones. I have already ordered 3 iPhones from them and they worked perfectly. Last time I ordered an iPhone in “good” condition and it came without any scratches. Really amazed with that.
There is some room for improvement in terms of customer service. Sometimes it takes longer than expected for the items to be delivered
