Terrible service. Still waiting for my money back and now contacting citizens advice and my bank is requesting the money back.
Disgusting service been waiting since the 8th November for my money.
I have emailed and used live chat to no avail. They refuse to respond!!! They owe me over £600 and shouldn't be allowed to trade.
