Poor service, no communication of how the order was Being processed,
And you can’t speak to anyone If you have a query just the daft email service they have. Took just over 2 weeks for the phone to arrive. Don’t be fooled with 24 hr dispatch. Still took well over a week before they posted it 24hr dispatch. The phone itself is absolutely fine, but if I had known how long it was going to take I would have ordered it from elsewhere.
I suspect they only refurbish phones to order
