Lack of communication. No chat bot as advertised only email. Don’t have a phone number. Very disappointing. Ordered on 29th November despite sales coming up soon so I would have the item on time and have still not received the item or any compensation for this delay. I am basically being told that I am being penalised through late delivery from their choice of carrier and it tethering problems. Would not order with them again unless they really sort out what they are doing with my order ASAP.
