Received item pretty fast, however it was not as described condition. Was supposed to be A+ but there was a chip in the screen and battery life was low.
They replied to emails about asking for a return and refund. However once they received the item back they have not been in touch since about my money. They say a refund takes 14 working days, now on 20 with no response or money back. Now with my bank to obtain the refund for me.
