Ordered a phone in ‘good’ condition, watched their YouTube video so I knew what to expect and it was anything but good! Screen scratched beyond belief! Returned within 2 days, no refund 2 weeks later and they are telling me I won’t receive a refund for at least another 2 weeks! How can they hold your money when they have the item back! Looking at other reviews I don’t think I’ll be getting it back any time soon either! Avoid at all costs!!!
