QMF cancelled my order 6 Dec as they were unable to fulfil it.
They said they'd refund the money within 14 working days, which would be 30 Dec.
As of 7 Jan I have still not received my refund. I have emailed QMF three times but have not received a response. There is no other way to contact them as the live chat has been offline every time I've checked and there is no contact phone number.
I am worried that I will have to put a claim in with the small claims court to receive my money.
QMF do not seem trustworthy.
