I have used QMF before and was delighted to find that the high level of service is unchanged. Their description of the handset and assessment of its condition was totally accurate. Pricing was competitive and delivery prompt. The warranty - which I have not needed to call on so far - provides some welcome assurance when purchasing a refurbished handset. All in all, delighted with my purchase and will definitely use QMF again.
