Did what they say they would do but i think they should be able to respond to customers concerns faster and also be more up front with delivery dates. Some really bad feedback from others really concerned me but in all honesty my mobile was delivered when i was told and i am happy with it. Having online Webchat that actually works given that the telephone number is off would also help!
