Worst customer service I’ve had in over a decade. I ordered a refurbished iphone. They failed to deliver it in the specified timeframe and when I tried to cancel my order I found their customer service to be almost non existent. They won’t allow customers to call them; their chat service rarely works; they don’t respond to email in a timely manner; and their returns policy doesn’t meet the legal minimum requirement. They have failed to refund my money in a timely manner and I have had to seek a charge back from my credit card company.
