I purchased a phone from this company and never received the phone. When I sent an email to find out what happened to deliver. I was told there was a quality control issue. I asked for a refund has it was more than 7 days.
I don't believe this company will give me a refund as they said I would have to wait a further 14 days which makes no sense as this was not my fault and I was not returning an item.
