Hi,I ordered an iPad but didn’t receive it in the allocated time.
It was only then that I read the reviews and to say I was panicking ,was an understatement.I paid by debit card so realistically I had no redress if I had been scammed .I contacted the company before Xmas and received an email saying that it had been handed over to the refund department.To be honest I thought I had lost my money ,however I received an email apologising for the delay and had confirmation to say I had been refunded the full amount I had paid , I’m happy to say a full refund was paid into my account. I feel very relieved after reading all the negative feedback.Madeleine
