I ordered a pristine condition iphone X as a Christmas present in mid December. When it arrived it was found to have scratches on the screen and casing so had to be returned for a replacement which wouldn't be in time for Christmas. The iphone was returned via Collect Plus on 23/12/19 and recorded as delivered on 31/12/19. I've contacted Quick Mobile Fix numerous times to ask where my replacement iphone is, only to be told it may take 10 working days to process. It's now 27 days since Quick Mobile Fix received the substandard phone back and I haven't received the replacement. This is unacceptable.
