Offered me a refund for iphone headphones that didnt work.
Didn't refund me and have ignored my emails for over 5 months.
Online chat doesn't work and they don't offer phone contact (surprise, surprise).
So any positive reviews don't seem to cover any problems with orders.
Unlikely to use them again (as I have many times before).
PS: evrey phone I have bought only lasts just over 12 months (even the so called 'pristine' refurbs sold). Beware.
