I bought an iphone for my daughter for Christmas. I returned it due to a problem with the camera. They received it on the 28th December and after many e-mails, 32 days later and I am still awaiting the phone. I finally received an e-mail yesterday saying it would be despatched in the middle of next week. Extremely worrying and upsetting.
