Bought two refurbished phones pre Christmas only to be advised after order that they would take 7 working days to dispatch...... obviously being sourced or refurbished to order and not sitting as available stock as depicted on the website. They subsequently agreed to cancel the order and refund the card within 14 days, but here I am escalating this a month later - with no refund or communication from this company. I could never recommend you use this company - do so at your peril..... just look at the other reviews on avoiding refunds and replacements!
