I placed an order for iPhone 7 Plus on 30th December and the money was taken immediately from my bank £249.99. I was told the phone would be delivered within 7 working days. 7 days passed no phone - I emailed them and they advised the delivery would be within 10 working days - waited still no phone - I chased them on email again and received no response so I sent an email on 14 January cancelling my order which they acknowledged and advised me my refund would be with me within 14 working days . Still no refund I have chased them daily by email and finally received an email advising me my email had been sent to the relevant dept - I can only assume that department is the bin. This company accepted payment for an order in which I don’t believe they even had the goods - have had my money now since 30th December. Would advise anyone looking at this company to AVOID at all costs . I now have to go through trading standards and the financial ombudsman to fight to get my hard earned money back .
