I bought a refurbished Iphone which took ages to arrive. With-in a few weeks the home button stopped working. Eventually they sent me a bag to post the phone back to them. They have had the phone for over 2 weeks to fix the issue and just confirmed that they have repaired it and will return it to me. I am extremely unhappy with the timescales they work to, it will be three weeks by the time I get the phone back, and you can not tie anyone down to get anything done quicker. I will not be using any of their services in the future.
