Still awaiting a refund for a product I never received. Order A refurbished phone on 25 November 19. After not recieving the phone I requested a refund. This was on the 11 Dec 19. Was told 14 days. It is now 7 Feb 20. Wtillno refund. Ignoring my emails and the phone line to them is no longer available. Absolutely terrible service that I will now take legal action for. Do not use this company!!!
