I sent them my iphone for a simple screen repair. After holding onto the phone for over a month, i received an email telling me that the part they had was not compatible. They would return my phone and give me a full refund. That was over a month ago. I still haven't received my refund and everytime I email them to query it, they do not respond to me. I would definitely not deal with them again.
