If I could give no stars I would.
Ordered a phone on 30th December. Finally arrived after chasing numerous times on 22nd Jan. The phone was the wrong colour sent it back on 23rd Jan and they confirmed receipt of it on 28th it’s now 18th Feb and still no refund and no one returning emails.
I used them before and they were OK this time they are absolutely terrible and to be honest I’m pretty sure withholding a refund when they have confirmed they have received the goods is not legal. I will be taking legal action against them unless I hear back from them to confirm my refund has been processed in the next two days.
