Dessapoinmting as i'v previously had a good experience with QMF, but this product/order was below standard. Returns process frustrating. unable to telephone or talk to anybody - NO customer service number published and no chat bubble appears resulting in emails being sent into the ether where nobody reads emails or responds to email requests. Order still remains outstanding and I've no idea whats happening or anybody reading, understanding or dealing with my communications !!!!!!
