I bought a phone for my daughters 10th birthday at the beginning of February. When I opened it the phone was locked so was unable to use it- something that should have been checked before it was sent to me.
Even though the fault was QMF I asked if I paid again for another phone if it could be sent urgently to me so that it would be here for my daughters birthday only to be referred to their website to look at what was available and to be told it would take at least 7-10 days.
I returned the locked phone to QMF as per their instructions. The courier confirmed delivery to QMF on 10th February. And it’s now 3rd March and I still haven’t received confirmation that a phone has been dispatched. And my no one has replied to my emails or Facebook message. The chat bubble doesn’t work on their website which is what you get directed to use if you ring their telephone number.
All in all a very dissatisfied experience! I’ve paid hundreds of pounds for a phone in January and I still don’t have anything to show for it!
