I bought an Iphone 8 from Quick Mobile Fix on the 9th of January, 2020. Unfortunately the UPS courier had not delivered it to my address until the 4th of February, when they finally left me a message to pick it up at their pick-up point. I contacted UPS and it turned out that they had been given the wrong delivery address from Quick Mobile Fix. I don't understand why they did not contact each other to solve the problem, and why I had to wait for almost 1 month to get my Iphone? in order to achieve better customer service, Quick Mobile Fix should pay more attention to providing correct delivery details and UPS should inform customers about cause of the delay, and the customer service of the 2 companies should communicate with each other.
