I recently ordered a phone after waiting 10 days to hear when It was going to be dispatched I contacted QFM to find out what was going on, the phone I ordered was out of stock but they didn't feel the need to tell me this. It was arranged that the same model in a different colour would be sent. 2 weeks after receiving the different phone it died. I sent it back to them as it is covered under warranty and was told it would take 7-10 days to f ix and return. 2 weeks later the phone still hasn't been fixed or even close to being resent to me...….
