Placed an order in Feb, payment taken on credit card.
After 2 weeks it was apparent they couldn’t fulfill the order so we cancelled and were promised a refund in 14 days.
Today, nearly 4 weeks later contacted them and were ‘assured’ refund would be issued by end of April ! More than 2 months for a refund, we shall pursue through credit card company.
Ordered same goods, same price from a competitor which arrived in two days.
