I order a phone for my son on 20/02/20 for his birthday on 25th febrile did not arrive so spoke to them online chat there said there really busy got to 13/03/20 still no phone there told there really busy every week I contact them. So I cancel the order on 13/03/20 there said it will take 14 works to be refund so wait 14 working day still no refund contact them and there said it will be 7/05/20 before I get my refund. This company a joke I’m report it to trade standards
