I ordered a phone weeks ago from quick fix mobile
Order number ID285247
It did not arrive and I kept being told to wait due to quality control issues
I eventually asked for a refund several weeks ago and am still waiting for my £319
I keep being fobbed off by email from the company stating that I need to be patient and that my refund will be processed in 5 days
5 days keeps passing and no refund
I have since read some terrible reviews about this company
I will however go to every step to recover my money
They clearly do not want to return my money
