ID 278211 Paid for phone 17th January, delivered 30th January, returned faulty 2nd February, refund to be credited within 14 days from 22nd February. NO REFUND AS PROMISED BY 21ST APRIL ( 2 MONTHS WAIT) NOW SAYING A FURTHER 5 DAYS WAIT.
What do I do???? I find it difficult to understand how any business can behave in this manner.
