All i can say is I wish I had read the reviews on this company
My experience, ordered iphone for my daughter who is now not able to speak to her friends due to this company not sending the phone AND keeping our money, have started proceedings with my bank , disgusting behaviour they have now blocked me on all social.media also there is no telephone contact line
