Like most people on here I ordered a phone and then told it had failed QC checks and would be sent out the following week which it wasn't
Numerous emails then asked for refund which again didn't happen in the end got my bank involved and they did a charge back within a week
Dont keep waiting for them to refund you they are using excuses to keep your money for as long as they can
Also put a review on trust pilot which was taken down which is a common thing on that site it seem qmf can take down any reviews they want
