Absolute shocking service.
Ordered an iPhone, came broken. Got in touch and was told to send back. Then they shut up shop and are asking me to pay to have the same broken phone sent back to me! This has been going on over eight months now. All they do is ignore messages and make stuff up. No prospect of getting money back, obviously. Whenever I message under a new medium (Twitter, emails, Facebook etc...) they reply initially, but as soon as I give my order number they stop replying again.
