Ordered per-owned iphone to Ireland. Phone would not recognise sim. Customer service agents sent postal label that can only be used in UK. Company policy is contrary to consumer rights. They have refused to refund initial postage and the cost of postage to return item. They indicate that they welcome international customers but they don’t offer reasonable customer service to them.
