I would score zero stars if I could. This company accepted and took payment for a phone on 25th April but never delivered it. Ignored my communication for some time so I cancelled order on 13th May. Advised refund would be within 14 days but as of today (4th June) still no refund. Numerous excuses have been sent by them, mainly blaming covid-19, but if you look at reviews previous to the pandemic you will see this was all going on way before this. Their customer service is shocking..avoid them at all costs.
