Like hundreds of other customers, my phone never arrived and QMF was of no help - gave no explanation why, no updates on where it was. Actually, the few responses I did get from customer service had such little relevance that they could have been for anyone, they clearly have a script to stick to so any response you get leaves you more frustrated, as there is no actual information pertaining to your order in it. I place my order in April. It’s now June. No phone, no refund. Customer service is a joke. Stay far, far away. Other sites have similar prices but are much more trustworthy, don’t be tempted by knocking a few pounds off the price - big mistake.
