I returned a phone for a refund in February 2020. I contacted them in March as no refund paid They said there were delays in the returns department and I would be kept informed. I queried this again in May and they said it was lost and it was my fault for not checking the tracking of the return o their website. But that tells me nothing! They have replied to my emails three times with the same request for the tracking no and parcel no. And I have given it to them three times. Still no refund.
