QMF sent me a broken mobile phone in April 2020. I returned it the next day for a full refund (£339). They have lied (giving future dates for refunding) and stalled and lied again - and still no refund four months later. Please do not trust this company - it seems to operate on a near-scam system of financing itself through selling faulty goods and keeping hold of refunds.
