The phone I received on 19May was faulty. I returned it on 29May and am still awaiting my refund 6 weeks later. I get no email replies from the accounts department and have been forced to raise a dispute with my credit card to get my money back, a very time-consuming process. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. I do not recommend them to anyone. Delighted for the opportunity to review them, however.
