I am incredibly disappointed about the recent experience I had with QMF. After purchasing many times in the past with brilliant results, I ordered a phone nearly 8 weeks ago. Every time I chased the order up I was told there were delays due to covid and it would be out within the next week.
Again and again I did this, unable to discuss via phone or chat (which was never available).
I was assured that the phone would be delivered a fortnight ago, yet still nothing and so I cancelled the order (as ultimately this is a ludicrous length of time to wait for a new phone) Unsurprisingly, it is now taking a very long time to get a refund which I still haven't had and the email I had back was 'very disappointed I wanted to cancel' which further infuriated me, as I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted the phone I had ordered.
My assumption was that you were out of stock of the phone I wanted, but rather than contacting me, explaining the situation and offering me an alternative, an upgrade or an understanding of the realistic timescale until I could expect it, you kept fobbing me off and lying to me about the situation.
As a customer who has bought from you many times in the past, this complete lack of customer service means that I am unlikely to ever shop with you again.
