Sent a faulty phone back to them and received confirmation of receipt from them on the 20th May and was advised that refund would take 14 days. After this time with no refund in sight I emailed and they told me it would now be 2nd July. Again no refund so emailed again. This time was told 24th July yet I have still not received my refund. I have emailed again but I have now been waiting over 2 months. It is not good and I would leave 0 stars if I could.
