Paid for a phone in Jun. QMF couldn't provide and offered a damaged one at a reduced price or a refund. They were unable to provide pictures of the damage so I opted for the refund. The refund, promised within 14 working days, has yet to materialise (2 months later) despite several reminders. Now referred to my credit card company to resolve.
