To understand what this company are really like type in Google (quick mobile fix trading standards). They have been scamming people out of money before covid 19 was here in the uk back in October 2019 with repeated behaviour of not giving refunds & supplying people with faulty goods! You see they
use covid now to their advantage stating lack of staff etc & that's why refunds may take longer. This is not the true, just do the research before putting your trust in this company or you could be out of pocket like myself and many other.
