Firstly the website was very unclear on it shipping time until I had actually bought the phone which was wayyyyy longer than it needed to be. 7-10 days coming from the “same” country I live in. The phone has clearly had the screen replaced before which I understand because it second hand but it’s not been done well and black stuff has started to leak from around the edges.
Then iPhone XR I bought won’t work for Apple Pay and no it’s not the card because it works with my apple watch. I contacted Quick Mobile Fix who were neither quick nor able to provide a fix. It took several days to get a reply and then they said I could follow several steps to fix it myself which did not work. Then when I contacted them again they said they would send a email with a Freepost label so I could send them phone back and they would aim to fix it within 7-10 days which again is not at all quick. The second email never turned up and when I contacted them they have yet to reply it’s been nearly a month and still nothing.
To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement especially given how much money they have had from me.
