I bought an iphone XS max for my daughter from QMF in August but it developed a touch screen issue after a few weeks. I got in touch with QMF & was advised to send it back for diagnosis & repair. I am extremely happy to report that the repair was conducted & phone returned within a week at no cost (warranty repair). Very impressed with the purchases i have made (this was the 2nd iphone i hv bought from QMF) & i'm even more impressed by the no-nonsense approach to the warranty repair on the XS Max. Thank you QMF!!
