My order of these rebound boards took (1) to (2) months to arrive. QuickPlay is based in the US, but I believe they source the products from Europe. Typically in this scenario, I would start to get nervous that I would ever see delivery. However, when I followed-up with QuickPlay about my order during this limbo period I received an acknowledgement of delay, the specific reason why, and the revised anticipated delivery date within (18) hours. Sometimes life has bad news, but what is worse is being ignored. I REALLY appreciated the transparency of the Customer Service I received. When I purchase my next soccer training item I will try to source it through QuickPlay due to the excellence communication of their customer service.
