“I asked for a replacement for some broken parts on one of the goals I had ordered. I got a new goal instead but the process was very long and frustrating. I had to upload more than 10 images and the response time was very long.”

“I had a problem with one of the pieces on the basketball hoop that I purchased.l contacted their customer support team and they got back to me immediately. A replacement part was sent and I had it in just a few days. They are a very reputable company!!!”

“Wonderful! Marvelous! I bought it for our grandson's 8th birthday to use in our big backyard. HE LOVES IT! It is the first thing he goes to on the days I pick him up from school or have visit on the weekends. Our neighbor's children love it too. Superb quality and looks nice in the yard. Job well done! Highly recommend. We may get a 2nd one for Christmas.”

“The item was affordable and shipped very quickly. But the overall quality of the coaches Board leaves a lot to be desired. The edges are bubbling. It doesn’t fully erase the markings so after limited use the board itself appears quite dirty. And the very FIRST practice I used it at the cap somehow flew off the marker while I was on the field with it. Leaving me with a dried out market and no eraser. It still does what I needed from it, but I can’t imagine there isn’t a better way to create this item.”
