Happy with soccer goal we received and our son loves it. The instructions aren't great but the videos are pretty helpful and goes smooth once you figure it out. However, extremely disappointed with the customer service. They take FOREVER to respond and even the simplest questions are met with confusing responses and they do not put the customer first. I tried to exchange our goal for a bigger one (same price) after one day of using it and was ignored for a week. Then when they finally got back to me it was a solid no with no options. Pretty disappointing to say the least. How was I to know it was going to be too small until I put it up and then once I put it up, I can't return. Would not purchase again.

The replacement part I needed for the frame is no longer supplied it seems. This is an incredibly popular model, disappointing to not be able to get a replacement support pipe. Also, the replacement net was fine but it didnt come with the little red clips like the original one did? That also was disappointing.

Received wrong frame on soccer goal. 18.5 ft net was correct. 16 ft frame was not. Have contacted customer service, no reply.

Ordered a replacement pole for a Kickster but received the wrong size. Each request to customer service requires a additional step. Pictures first, then measurements.

My order #100002960, Kickster Academy Ultra-Portable Soccer Goal 12 x 6', has the issues, 1, The base frame is bent 2, One push button was missed. Can I return this order? Thanks Yitong

This isn't our usual standard that is why all QUICKPLAY Sport products come with a 2 year parts warranty, so we can happily send any necessary replacement parts. If possible, please contact us on us.sales@quickplaysport.com , if you are able to send photos we can then correctly identify the right replacement part or product to send to you. I should have ordered off of Amazon, ordered directly from the site on the 7th. Item arrived on the 19th. Very slow shipping.

Hi, We are sorry to read your review that your order took longer than expected to arrive, this is not the normal level of service we expect to provide our customers. Unfortunately, as with many businesses we have been severely affected by Covid-19, which has resulted in reduced capacity in our warehouse and slower shipping times by our couriers.
