Terrible customer service + the new warranty on the new goals as explained by the rep via email is bad business, compared to your policies before.

The worse experience, you better purchase from Amazon. They never send me status or updates on the delivery, when I was inquiring the package showed up on my door. The shipping cost was overvalued. I opened the goal and noticed that it does not fit my program so I thought of returning it. When trying to process a return I learned that the return is only allowed on unopened products.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company is the worst to deal with. I received a goal that was missing four critical parts. Not nuts and bolts. Entire crossbars, stabilizing plates and joints - missing. When I reached out I received poor communication, at best, and no sense of urgency to resolve my complete lack of a product. I would not recommend purchasing from QUICKPLAY. Save your time, money, and patience. You’re better off trying to make your own goal.

I am very disappointed with the shipping of our product. The estimated time of delivery provided on your site, 3-5 days, was greatly underestimated. Furthermore, the product was not unable to be tracked for several days.

I am not happy. My son opened his gift so excited to put it together and start playing immediately to have a dirty, scratched, mangled net item sent to us. He is 10 and very sad. He takes great pride in his items and to have a gift that is used was very upsetting to him.

Wish we could review the goal properly, but it hasn’t arrived yet. Our order was broken in two- one the target net that arrived within a few days and then the 12 x 6 goal which is still pending. Customer Service has been very challenging.

Do not buy from this company. We are non-profit and ended up buying the wrong product. We asked if we could return or make an exchange. They flat out refused. They are very unflexible and would never buy from them again. They also sell it on Amazon. I wish I would have bought it there, so I could return it. Never again.

I received a damage goal that can't be assembled. I have reached out twice to customer service (providing my order # and pictures). My first attempt was 1 day after delivery. It is now 5 days after my first message. I shave not received a response.

Came in a box missing one of the small plastic pegs that secures the net to the front leg. Only came with one piece. Kid has been crying and upset as he has not been able to use it Due to this. I have photos but could not upload.
